As a product designer, my role has involved scaling internal design systems and libraries since I joined. I've been dedicated to creating engaging experiences for core holders. Notably, the web experiences I've designed our NFT collections DeGods and y00ts have collectively amassed millions of impressions for de[labs].

De[store] : Community E-Commerce Platform

I designed de[store] to function as a holder-exclusive platform, reminiscent of Shopify, empowering brands to thrive on the existing NFT IP. The platform is intentionally delightful and straightforward, and designed as a clean and minimal canvas for products to shine.

Every purchase made on de[store] includes a 3% $DUST governance fee at checkout. This fee is seamlessly integrated into the final fiat payment, eliminating the need for a separate crypto transaction. On the backend, the fee is then converted to $DUST.

I prioritized empowering vendors with a sense of control and security over their stores. The comprehensive vendor dashboard provides a robust toolkit for managing product listings, collections, orders, and upcoming drops.

DeGods recently made headlines by teasing the launch of Season 3 through a nostalgic Facebook-themed website. I designed the experience to blend elements of brutalism and internet-core, incorporating delightful moments such as clicking sounds, a mystery box sound effect, and several easter eggs.

DeGods Season 3: Mint Experience

I led the brainstorming for designing the mint experience, shaping it to bring back the nostalgic vibes of opening card packs, sleepovers, newspaper routes, and Game Boys. This journey aims to resonate with our holders through these classic moments.

I experimented with various styles, like skeuomorphism, and crafted the web app with a game boy emulator as the central theme. This turned out to be one of my most enjoyable creative collaborations with the team.

y00ts: Wormhole Animation

I designed and animated the y00ts wormhole loading screen. I created the storyboard in Figma and brought it to life using After Effects.

Staking Platform

DeGods staking serves as a fundamental utility for holders, enabling them to lock up their NFT without sending it out of their wallet. In exchange, holders accumulate points that can be used to claim both physical and digital rewards.

DeGods Explorer

I revamped the explorer for DeGods Season 3 with the aim of enhancing user efficiency in finding desired DeGods effortlessly. Our strategy included introducing new filters, such as sex and season, and optimizing the layout for better responsiveness across various devices. Additionally, we incorporated a toggle feature into our filters list to further streamline the user experience.

We significantly improved the user experience by revising the inspect NFT flow. Now, holders can seamlessly view multiple DeGods in succession by clicking on the NFT card, which opens the inspect pop-out module within the same instance. Previously, users were redirected to a new webpage to see the details of the NFT, disrupting their browsing experience.
